Requirements:

• Valid NMC Pin and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses
• 6 months of proven experience as a CPN
• Valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
• Proof of vaccinations/immunity
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service
• Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
• 2x Clinical References

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for patients and provide high-quality patient care in-home, ensuring the comfort and safety of those under your care
• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with NMC guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain patient records including care plans accurately and effectively, and ensuring legal requirements are complied with in an ethical manner
• Assess, understand and monitor patients' welfare by discussing their conditions with them and providing access to therapeutic activities
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor progress with the family
