How we use your information

This privacy notice tells you how we, Greenstaff Medical Staffing, will collect and use your personal data for providing our temporary worker employment services to you. We collect data in order to ensure we provide a good, accurate service to both our candidates and clients. We do this by gathering personal data that helps us identify site visitors and track what information is of most interest. We do this through form data collection and cookies.

Why does Greenstaff Medical Staffing need to collect and store personal data?

In order for us to provide you with our temporary worker employment services we need to collect personal data to ensure your compliance with rules laid down by NHS and private medical institutions. In any event, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy. In terms of being contacted for marketing purposes Greenstaff Medical Staffing would contact you for additional consent.

Will Greenstaff Medical Staffing share my personal data with anyone else?

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to Greenstaff Medical Staffing in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the temporary worker employment services they help us provide you. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with Greenstaff Medical Staffing’s procedures. Complaints Procedure
